Requirements
- Have at least 1–2 years in a closing role within a full-cycle sales company.
- Have experience managing contract values at or above $5,000 ARR.
- Be willing to travel 1–2 weeks per quarter to client locations and spend field time with the Hilti salesforce.
- SaaS sales experience is preferred.
- Construction software sales or construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Channel partner or outbound experience is preferred.
- A successful track record of achieving quota is preferred.
- Experience selling primarily remotely is preferred.
- Executive-level relationship and negotiation experience is preferred.
- Use methodical sales methodology and territory management practices.
- Bring diagnostic, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota of $500K in annual new bookings revenue.
- Build and maintain a pipeline three times the size of quota.
- Create, nurture, and close deals through inbound lead management and prospecting.
- Build relationships with the Hilti outside sales team to generate leads and pipeline.
- Travel 1–2 weeks each quarter to meet customers and support Fieldwire competency with local sales team members.
- Schedule and facilitate customized platform demonstrations for clients.
- Communicate and negotiate deals with clients.
- Manage complex deal cycles with pricing and legal teams to meet client and company requirements.
