Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or automation initiatives.
- Experience working in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in complex, cross-functional process transformation.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, or Coupa.
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of UiPath and Agentic technologies.
- Preferred: UiPath Business Analyst certification, with Professional level preferred.
- Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA or equivalent collaboration tools, and designing change management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate cross-functional automation opportunities aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Assess feasibility, complexity, scalability, and ROI, and define business cases with measurable outcomes.
- Lead discovery for complex processes and develop detailed As-Is and scalable To-Be designs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to shape solution architecture and validate requirements and functional documentation.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, communicate business value to executive audiences, and resolve scope or requirement conflicts.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Developers through design, testing, and deployment.
- Manage analysis deliverables across initiatives and identify risks, interdependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Design change management and stakeholder communication strategies, and support business readiness and adoption.
- Document reusable solutions and process blueprints and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement.
