- Have 5+ years of experience with time tracking, payroll, or Workforce Management applications.
- Have 5+ years in a support, implementation, or consulting environment.
- Be proficient with IT business interaction tools.
- Be customer-service oriented.
- Be willing and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Workday, Dayforce, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, isolved, SAP SuccessFactors, or Employment Hero is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of iOS configuration and MDMs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of API technologies such as REST, webhooks, XML, or JSON is beneficial.
- Knowledge of CCPA and privacy law is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the NoahFace technology platform.
- Demonstrate the platform to customers and partners.
- Provide product training to customers and partners.
- Lead discovery calls and project meetings for direct customers.
- Advise direct customers on their requirements and configure NoahFace to meet them.
- Advise partners on configuring NoahFace to meet customer requirements.
- Help customers and partners resolve technical post-sales issues in live deployments.
