Requirements
- Bring 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience spanning accounting/controllership and strategic FP&A.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Have a proven track record administering and integrating NetSuite.
- Have experience with high-volume payment processors such as Stripe.
- Have experience with spend management platforms such as Brex.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials are strongly preferred.
- Advanced SQL or BI dashboarding experience is a strong plus.
- Be able to develop board-level scenario models and troubleshoot complex multi-entity reconciliations or ERP data flows.
- Be able to translate complex financial data into clear operational narratives for non-finance leaders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee long-term financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic decision support for leadership.
- Accelerate automation and technology integrations across Stripe, NetSuite, Brex, and Playbook OS.
- Modernize annual budgeting and actual-versus-budget reporting, targeting a monthly close within 10 days.
- Build data capabilities that deliver actionable financial insights to department heads.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team.
- Manage GAAP compliance, external audits, tax strategy, and multi-entity and subsidiary consolidation.
- Optimize working capital, forecast free cash flow, and govern cash buffers.
- Prepare data rooms, support quality of earnings readiness, and deliver board and investor reporting.
