Job Details

Have 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience blending accounting or controllership rigor with strategic FP&A.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Have a proven track record administering and integrating NetSuite.
Have experience with high-volume payment processors such as Stripe.
Have experience with spend management platforms such as Brex.
Bring the ability to work on board-level scenario modeling and troubleshoot complex multi-entity reconciliations or ERP data flows.
Translate complex financial data into clear operational narratives for non-finance leaders.
CPA, CFA, or MBA is strongly preferred.
Advanced SQL or BI dashboarding experience is a plus.

Oversee long-term financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic decision support for leadership.
Accelerate automation and technology integrations across Stripe, NetSuite, Brex, and Playbook OS.
Modernize annual budgeting and actual-versus-budget reporting, targeting a monthly close within 10 days.
Build data capabilities that deliver actionable financial insights to department heads.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team.
Manage GAAP compliance, external audits, tax strategy, and multi-entity and subsidiary consolidation.
Optimize working capital and oversee free cash flow forecasting and cash buffer governance.
Prepare for data room reviews and quality of earnings readiness, and provide board and investor reporting.
