Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have six or more years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or HPC engineering.
- Have hands-on experience operating GPU clusters or large-scale ML training infrastructure.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and at least one systems language such as Go or C++.
- Understand distributed training, accelerator architectures, and collective communication.
- Have experience with Kubernetes, Slurm, Ray, or similar scheduling systems for ML workloads.
- Understand Linux internals, networking, and high-performance storage.
- Have experience with at least one major cloud provider’s ML infrastructure offerings.
- Apply software engineering practices including testing, CI/CD, and code review.
- Collaborate across functions and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design the platform layer for large-scale AI training and inference workloads.
- Build and operate GPU clusters and distributed training infrastructure.
- Work with distributed training frameworks and scheduling systems for ML workloads.
- Improve storage performance for AI workloads.
- Support developer experience for ML engineers and researchers.
- Focus platform operations on reliability, efficiency, and cost control.
