Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage sales pipelines, multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Use CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Slack.
- Adapt to client needs and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess qualified leads, develop outreach strategies, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospective clients and arrange qualified meetings for the Sales Lead.
- Drive the sales process from lead qualification through contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Work with Customer Success to support client onboarding and account management.
- Identify renewals, upsells, and new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Contribute to sales tactics and strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional growth initiatives and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
