Job Details

Have 15+ years of core project management experience in IT, software development, or global consulting.
Demonstrate a track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects.
Bring deep knowledge of integration, including data synchronization, security protocols (OAuth, SSL), error handling, latency optimization, and middleware routing.
Have advanced expertise in Jira, Jira Align, or MS Project for complex software delivery workflows.
Have a conceptual understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native application architectures.
Have flawless verbal and written English communication skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications are preferred.

Plan, execute, and deliver complex software and system integration projects, including API-led connectivity, legacy-to-cloud migrations, ERP/CRM integrations, and third-party ecosystem rollouts.
Establish project tracking mechanisms and manage Jira and Confluence workflows, including sprints, backlogs, velocity charts, burndown metrics, and cross-team dependencies.
Facilitate technical discussions about microservices architecture, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.
Coordinate engineering teams, QA, product owners, vendor partners, and C-level executives.
Translate technical complexities into business-friendly progress updates.
Identify integration bottlenecks, architectural dependencies, data security risks, and scope creep, and develop mitigation plans.
Lead and mentor distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
