Experience: 7+ years of project management experience required in SaaS, preferably Salesforce.com related

Have 7+ years of project management experience in SaaS; Salesforce-related experience is preferred.
Bring industry experience in Salesforce consultancy, food and beverage, or manufacturing.
Have experience managing highly complex enterprise software projects.
Have Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) project management experience.
Demonstrate technical acumen in the solution and project management expertise.
Be able to present project health and discuss difficult topics with C-suite executives.
Be able to build credibility and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.

Plan and manage all phases of customer projects using the Specright Implementation Methodology to deliver on time and on budget.
Establish implementation plans covering scope, deliverables, dependencies, duration and resource estimates, risks, mitigation, and contingency planning.
Guide customers and project resources toward solutions, decisions, and outcomes.
Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and advise on solution best practices.
Assist with QA testing and discuss customer solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Adjust resource needs across project phases to make effective use of team skillsets.
Communicate project boundaries and negotiate plans with customers to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify additional customer needs and potential upsell opportunities.
Maintain and improve the implementation methodology and support team knowledge and service development.
Train and mentor new Project Managers.
