- Have 4+ years of experience handling auto BI claims, including first-party and third-party claims.
- Hold an active Adjuster License.
- Be familiar with demand evaluation.
- Be familiar with attorney negotiation.
- Be familiar with reserve setting.
- Be detail-oriented and organized.
- Be self-motivated and proactive, anticipating needs and acting without waiting for direction.
- Be collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change.
- Provide constructive product input and contribute to improving the platform.
Responsibilities
- Investigate auto bodily injury claims.
- Evaluate damages and exposure.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Drive fair, timely claims resolutions.
- Work alongside the VP of Claims to deliver service to clients.
