Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, or client-facing platform engineering.
- Demonstrate experience architecting and deploying large-scale systems in highly regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or government.
- Have practical experience developing and orchestrating LLM applications.
- Have experience with RAG pipelines, AI agents, vector databases, and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Show strong proficiency in a modern backend language such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Have experience with RESTful microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Bring production experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Have experience with containerization and delivery tooling, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise stakeholders to translate business pain points into scalable technical AI blueprints.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of GenAI platforms in client environments.
- Deploy custom AI agents and RAG architectures within complex client environments.
- Turn client-specific customizations and customer requirements into repeatable product capabilities.
- Ensure enterprise deployments adhere to security, compliance, and scalability standards.
- Deliver clear business ROI through enterprise deployments.
