Requirements
- Have 4+ years of Python backend experience.
- Have strong FastAPI experience.
- Have experience with PostgreSQL and S3, or equivalent technologies.
- Have experience with asynchronous task queues such as Celery, Redis, or Kafka.
- Have production experience integrating with microservices, including long-running jobs, retries, and failure handling.
- Have hands-on experience with agentic AI, including building MCP servers, implementing agents, and working with LLMs and other generative models.
- Have basic observability skills, including logging, monitoring, and alerting.
- Have experience working in cross-functional teams with frontend and ML.
- Have experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with LangChain or agentic workflows is a plus.
- Marketing technology background, such as ad platforms or creative tools, is a plus.
- Experience with StarRocks or other OLAP databases such as ClickHouse is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services in Python using FastAPI.
- Implement asynchronous job execution and status tracking with Redis, Celery, or Kafka.
- Integrate with internal and external LLM services.
- Store, version, and serve creative assets efficiently.
- Build and maintain external MCP servers that expose the platform to third-party AI agents and clients.
- Develop ETL pipelines and ensure data quality across ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Ensure stability, observability, and cost-efficient inference.
