Requirements
- Have 3-6+ years of recruitment experience.
- Bring recruitment experience from a top-tier Internet company or agency, ideally.
- Demonstrate fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Use modern sourcing and selection techniques.
- Have market mapping experience in a global market or Asia.
- Show a track record of delivering against aggressive hiring goals.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Be able to work independently.
- Business or corporate talent hiring experience for Web3 or crypto companies is a plus.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial introduction through onboarding.
- Work with the HR team and hiring managers to continually improve the hiring process.
- Drive or participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate contact.
