Requirements
- Have 3–6+ years of recruitment experience.
- Bring proven experience hiring for Business / Commercial functions.
- Have experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries; experience in Web3 / Crypto hiring is a plus.
- Be fluent in English to collaborate with overseas stakeholders and partners; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.
- Have experience with market mapping across regional or global markets.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering against ambitious hiring targets.
- Bring strong stakeholder-management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
- Be able to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently with a high level of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Support hiring needs across Business / Commercial business units.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment advice.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Drive hiring-process improvements and contribute to recruitment projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and documentation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, referrals, proactive outreach, and other sourcing channels.
- Support hiring plans with a strategic, consultative approach and deliver against business priorities.
