Requirements
- Demonstrated success managing and developing sales representatives, agents, or producers.
- Experience coaching teams and being accountable for performance and results in performance-based environments.
- Hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in your state of residence, or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Reside in Colorado.
- Have access to a reliable automobile.
- Be willing to travel within the territory, to corporate headquarters, and to events or conferences as needed.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth within the territory efficiently and within budget.
- Meet new business and wellness sales targets for shelters in the territory.
- Manage approximately 10–12 Shelter Sales Agents.
- Hire, develop, train, and support Shelter Sales Agents selling in shelters.
- Build and maintain relationships with shelter leadership and adoption teams.
- Manage territory-related administrative tasks and responsibilities.
- Assess partner needs through onsite visits and follow-up meetings.
- Explain Fetch’s competitive advantages and demonstrate knowledge of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products.
- Identify new business opportunities and promptly elevate them to the management team.
- Manage the expense budget and submit monthly reports.
