Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in project management, digital production, communications, or a related role.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
- Proactively solve problems, navigate ambiguity, anticipate risks, and keep projects moving.
- Confidently coordinate across leadership, creative teams, Community Development Managers, and external partners.
- Manage external agency relationships and hold vendors accountable to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Use Wagtail CMS to upload content.
- Coordinate project drafts, revisions, stakeholder feedback, design reviews, and QA.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management for developing and launching the client’s internal Hub website.
- Review and manage content provided for publication on the Hub.
- Upload content into the CMS using Wagtail.
- Collect and consolidate stakeholder feedback during design and development.
- Coordinate drafts and revisions with leadership, copywriters, and designers.
- Review staging links, test deliverables against requirements, log QA bugs, and track remediation through the internal ticketing system.
- Serve as liaison for the agency vendor team, manage its output, and attend weekly status updates.
- Facilitate design reviews with internal stakeholders and consolidate design feedback.
- Lead project management for hyperlocal community one-pagers for Community Development Managers to use with external audiences.
- Coordinate one-pager drafts and revisions with a copywriter and designer and consolidate marketing stakeholder feedback.
