Requirements
- Have 2-4 years of experience managing affiliate or partner programs.
- Bring experience in crypto, forex, prop trading, financial services, or fintech; these are preferred areas.
- Have hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, Cellxpert, Income Access, or similar.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and reporting.
- Have negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Have clear written and spoken English.
- Understand financial marketing compliance requirements.
- Be comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Existing affiliate or KOL relationships in crypto or trading are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationships for affiliate partners.
- Identify, recruit, and negotiate with affiliates, influencers, communities, and introducing partners across crypto and forex trading.
- Set commission structures, payout schedules, and special deals with finance.
- Monitor registrations, conversions, funded accounts, retention, LTV, and CPA, and report performance regularly.
- Optimize offers, promotions, tiering, and creative assets using performance data.
- Provide affiliates with marketing materials, tracking links, and product updates, and run partner touchpoints or events.
- Review affiliate activity for quality and fraud, and enforce program terms.
- Coordinate with compliance to ensure partner marketing follows guidelines and applicable financial promotion rules.
- Monitor competitor programs and industry trends.
