Requirements
- Bring proven experience with database security principles and best practices.
- Have knowledge of data engineering markets, including data warehousing, data analytics, security, and observability.
- Have deep technical experience with ClickHouse or a highly related OLAP technology.
- Bring experience with open-source projects; product management experience in open source is ideal.
- Be able to provide technical guidance and support to customers or community members during POCs.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Be comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Research real-time analytics and cloud database markets, competition, and technology trends.
- Engage with the ClickHouse open-source community and ClickHouse Cloud customers to understand current and aspirational use cases.
- Distill and prioritize feature requests and issues into priorities for new capabilities and improvements.
- Work with engineering teams to scope and refine solutions in the core database and ClickHouse Cloud offerings.
- Set measurable customer-success goals and use data-driven approaches to assess new capabilities.
- Track market developments and the competitive landscape to identify roadmap opportunities.
- Work with partners to grow ClickHouse awareness and visibility.
