Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in project management, editorial operations, or digital publishing support.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills with close attention to detail.
- Manage complex production calendars and complete tasks under tight deadlines.
- Have excellent customer service and written communication skills in American English.
- Build relationships and collaborate with external PR representatives, pregnant and parent product testers, and internal teams.
- Be proficient with Asana, Google Sheets, Aspire, and mail merge systems.
- Hands-on CMS content-building experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate editorial administrative workflows, project schedules, and production calendars to track work and meet deadlines.
- Manage the baby product testing program, including outreach to manufacturers and PR representatives.
- Coordinate product sample shipments and deliveries between brands and testers.
- Arrange and communicate with product testers, supporting onboarding and timely completion of deliverables.
- Collect and organize product evaluation forms for editorial coverage.
- Build relationships with brand representatives and maintain industry contacts to track upcoming product launches.
- Build, format, and publish articles in the Content Management System, checking visual and structural quality.
- Optimize article affiliate links and content tags within the CMS.
- Organize assets, documentation, and communication streams for cross-functional editorial initiatives.
