- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing and editing within CRM or performance-driven marketing communication.
- Be a fluent Spanish speaker with flawless grammar, stylistic accuracy, and a strong understanding of market preferences.
- Have a good command of English for communication within an international team.
- Have experience in iGaming or familiarity with industry terminology.
- Demonstrate writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
- Be proactive, autonomous, and organized, and be capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and collaboration dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Create CRM, SEO, SMM, and other marketing content on behalf of the brand.
- Develop lifecycle communications, including email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Adapt global campaigns and marketing materials for target markets.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regional regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal CRM, SEO, and design teams to deliver campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and quality across communication channels.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
