Requirements
- Have 6+ years of hands-on software development experience and a track record of shipping customer-facing applications.
- Have 7+ years of experience architecting and developing full-stack applications.
- Have 5+ years working with technologies such as Python, React, AWS, and modern data platforms.
- Have hands-on experience building production AI systems.
- Understand how to optimize AI agents for quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Be comfortable working across TypeScript, Python, React, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Have experience building high-quality user experiences, scalable backend systems, observable services, and reliable workflows.
- Use AI coding tools as part of day-to-day engineering practice.
- Be able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and explain engineering tradeoffs.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Own Corporate Insight Agent features and systems from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Serve as a subject matter expert across the stack.
- Collaborate with Corporate Product Management and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape requirements, and revamp business processes.
- Proactively define what gets built, why it matters, and how to execute.
- Balance lightweight prototypes with scalable, maintainable production systems.
- Iterate with users and stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining quality, reliability, and observability.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to improve productivity and ship trustworthy solutions.
- Take ownership of production AI Agent systems and communicate proactively when systems are under pressure.
