Requirements
- Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bring experience with payment processing and bank reconciliation.
- Be comfortable meeting tight deadlines and handling high-volume work.
- Demonstrate attention to detail through reconciliation, auditing, or data entry examples.
- Be fluent in English.
- Fluency in Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Execute domestic and international transactions and verify payment details and authorizations.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payment failures, chargebacks, and discrepancies.
- Prepare daily cash position reports, payment summaries, and operations dashboards.
- Document workflows, flag inefficiencies, and suggest automation opportunities.
- Support compliance by ensuring transactions adhere to AML, KYC, and internal control policies.
