Requirements
- Have 8+ years of in-house transactional experience.
- Have experience directly interacting with potential customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders and executives.
- Have 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements, Amendments, and Order Forms with enterprise customers.
- Understand the full contract lifecycle, from NDA through internal approvals and signature.
- Be licensed to practice law and in good standing in your state of residence.
- Be proficient in editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites.
- Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks to completion within required time frames.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead legal negotiations with customers on enterprise deals.
- Provide general guidance on subscription agreements.
- Provide general guidance on data processing agreements.
- Provide general guidance on partner agreements.
- Provide general guidance on vendor agreements.
- Support West Coast Area Directors and their teams.
- Help shape initiatives to streamline the contracting process.
