Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of direct experience managing and executing large-scale B2B event marketing programs.
- Demonstrate experience managing program budgets, vendors, and logistics with measurable ROI outcomes.
- Have strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 25% for site visits and on-site event execution.
- Experience planning and executing events in cybersecurity or SaaS is preferred.
- Prior experience supporting or launching an inaugural customer or user conference is preferred.
- Have familiarity developing and executing executive-level programs and experiences.
- Have proficiency with tools for tracking and reporting event performance and pipeline acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end global events strategy, including Axonius Adapt, industry conferences, and executive-level programs.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, and internal alignment.
- Collaborate with Campaigns, Regional, and Product marketing teams to develop integrated programs for executive audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report on event performance, and recommend improvements.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to create executive experiences that deepen customer relationships and accelerate deal velocity.
