Requirements
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry or digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrate a proven track record managing large-scale network initiatives.
- Have strong leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Have strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Be familiar with agile practices and frameworks.
- Be fluent in English; French, Swahili, or Portuguese proficiency is an advantage.
- Be willing to travel 50% of the time to Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya.
- Hold a valid passport for the contract.
- PMI PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
