Requirements
- Previous outbound calling, call center, customer service, sales, or enrollment experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfort following a structured script while maintaining a natural conversation.
- Ability to confidently handle questions, hesitation, and objections.
- Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.
- Comfort working with CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to meeting performance expectations.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system.
- Follow established scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.
- Explain program benefits and enrollment opportunities clearly.
- Address common questions and objections while keeping conversations focused on enrollment.
- Navigate Salesforce CRM and other required systems while speaking with members.
- Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and enrollment goals.
- Protect member information and follow privacy and compliance procedures.
