- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, or any similar role
Requirements
- Have 2-3 years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Have experience sourcing through different channels, social networking sites, online portals, and resume databases.
- Have hands-on experience with talent acquisition tools, applications, and systems.
- Be familiar with creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate searches.
- Be familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Healthcare or medical-related experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with selection processes such as video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checks is preferred but not required.
- Meet the minimum primary system requirements: Intel Core i5-6000 or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura, a USB noise-cancelling headset, and a camera capable of clear video.
- Have a primary DSL/fiber internet connection of at least 100 Mb/s and a backup cellular connection of at least 20 Mb/s.
- Provide a backup system or UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least three hours.
Responsibilities
- Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates.
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Prescreen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings.
- Create tracking systems for candidates and an internal database.
- Collaborate with managers and other departments to identify future talent needs and proactively source candidates.
- Use online portals and social networking sites to find and connect with potential candidates.
- Manage job boards and job postings.
- Measure and report sourcing metrics in real time.
