Requirements
- Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field from a globally top-tier university.
- Bring at least 1 year of high-impact professional experience from an elite management consultancy, bulge bracket investment bank, Big Tech, leading PE/VC fund, or venture-backed hyper-growth startup.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive-level decisions.
- Work autonomously and independently lead multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines.
- Have a track record of working directly with C-level executives on scaling and strategy.
- Communicate across engineering, product, and business functions.
- Show a strong interest in music, video, or social media.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across business verticals.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents; track KPIs and compile performance updates.
- Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Support fundraising by creating pitch materials, organizing investor outreach, and maintaining partner relations.
- Streamline workflows and improve operational processes.
- Handle recruiting at scale with the help of AI.
- Partner with the founder to prioritize and execute strategic projects across different areas of the business.
