Requirements
- Proven track record of operating with real ownership in a startup, venture builder, consulting, or investment environment.

- Genuine interest in AI, venture building, and early-stage company development.

Responsibilities
- Own workstreams end to end, driving tasks from strategy and analysis to completion.
- Support fundraising and investor relations by preparing materials and coordinating diligence.
- Support partnerships and go-to-market initiatives, including research and relationship management.
- Help build the team by assisting with hiring processes, from role specs to pipeline coordination.
- Bring structure to the company by building processes, trackers, and systems.
- Execute on necessary, varied tasks spanning analysis, coordination, and operational decision-making.
