Requirements

- Have working knowledge of internal CRM systems and Salesforce.
- Bring strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills.
- Be able to think quickly and creatively to solve customer needs.
- Show integrity, a strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced sales and team environment.
Responsibilities
- Explain Aura’s story, mission, and product catalog to prospective customers.
- Consult with customers on best practices for protecting their online identity and digital assets.
- Take inbound sales calls generated by the marketing team and partners.
- Match prospective customers with the Aura plan that best meets their needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas by enrolling new customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and recent events.
