Requirements
- 10+ years of technical project management experience leading complex infrastructure or security-related deployments.
- Experience with large-scale field deployments and operational support for distributed hardware.
- Familiarity with enterprise IP video cameras and systems, such as Axis, Avigilon, and Genetec.
- Advanced skills in risk mitigation, stakeholder management, budgeting, and communication strategies.
- Ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively and work autonomously.
- Comfort with AI tooling.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable technical designs and standardized deployment architectures.
- Ability to support regional business development activity and address coverage gaps.
- Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deployment project plans, milestones, resource requirements, schedules, and risk registers.
- Define system specifications and maintain architectural integrity from kickoff through go-live.
- Define scopes of work for third-party integrators, manage timelines and budgets, and conduct site audits.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, manage expectations, and explain technical decisions.
- Coordinate technical execution with Support and hand off fully deployed environments.
- Identify problematic deployment-process trends and propose solutions to reduce administrative overhead.
- Set milestone quality gates and verify system functionality against the agreed project scope.
