Requirements
- Have 7-10 years of experience managing technical projects in software engineering or technology consulting.
- Understand software development lifecycles and engineering workflows.
- Have experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Work effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs.
- Have experience managing client relationships and expectations.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Bring strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Use a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions.
- Experience in blockchain, financial infrastructure, or enterprise software is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in an engineering consultancy, technical services business, or client-facing software delivery environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile, iterative, and hybrid project delivery approaches is preferred.
- Experience with project planning and collaboration tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate engineers, technical leads, and client stakeholders.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Manage client expectations and communicate project updates.
- Identify and resolve delivery issues proactively.
- Manage scope changes and align stakeholders on priorities.
- Improve project management processes and delivery practices.
- Support resource planning and coordination across projects.
- Maintain clear documentation, accountability, and follow-through.
