Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent communication, relationship, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Be able to present to executive-level audiences and articulate Boomi solutions.
- Have familiarity with LLMs and their applications in chat-based AI.
- Have experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise messaging.
- Have hands-on experience with iPaaS technologies and integration architecture.
- Have a strong understanding of prompt engineering and advanced techniques for improving LLM performance.
- Be proficient in using APIs from platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Gemini.
- A bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or engineering, is preferred.
- Experience with complementary technologies such as API management, MDM, AI, ELT, and data analytics is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers to determine customer needs, understand technical landscapes, and identify pain points through discovery calls.
- Assess and present potential solutions using Boomi products and services.
- Design business solutions that encompass the Boomi portfolio.
- Prepare product specifications and deliver presentations to support sales.
- Discuss product capabilities with technical users, buyers, and business stakeholders.
- Verify product and service configuration operability in prospect and customer environments through demos or proofs of concept.
- Coordinate internal specialists and other employees to build prospective-customer win teams.
- Answer in-scope technical questions for prospective customers completing RFIs and RFPs.
- Perform advanced systems integration and provide technical expertise to design solutions.
