Job Details

Have 7+ years of product design experience, including ownership of complex digital products from discovery through implementation and iteration.
Provide a portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, and exceptional visual/UI craft; a portfolio is required for consideration.
Have strong experience designing rich web and native mobile products.
Be able to work autonomously and lead design in ambiguous or zero-to-one product spaces.
Have experience designing products where trust and transparency are critical.
Demonstrate systems thinking across individual experiences and broader product ecosystems.
Have a deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and responsive interface design.
Be able to independently plan and conduct user research and usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.
Have experience creating and evolving scalable design systems, or a strong point of view on how systems improve product quality and team velocity.
Have strong prototyping skills and be able to communicate complex interactions before they are built.
Have experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers and contributing to product strategy.
Be able to explain design rationale, facilitate critique, and influence senior cross-functional partners.
Be curious about emerging technologies and willing to experiment when established design patterns do not exist.

Lead product design across Clinical AI experiences, patient portal flows, and design system evolution.
Design AI-powered experiences that support patients between psychiatry sessions, from early concepts through launch and iteration.
Define interaction patterns for patients using conversational AI.
Improve patient portal flows for intake, appointment management, visit preparation, and care navigation.
Translate AI capabilities and limitations into intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy product experiences.
Partner with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, and other cross-functional teams to shape product strategy.
Prototype and test conversational AI, web, and mobile interaction patterns.
Conduct user research and usability testing, and use research, product data, experimentation, and feedback to improve launched experiences.
Lead design system evolution and establish scalable patterns across web, mobile, and emerging interaction models.
Provide critique, mentorship, collaboration, and design examples to raise craft standards across the Product Design team.
