- Record sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify business opportunities.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Attend virtual meetings and conferences to network and represent the company.
- Improve sales techniques and work toward personal and team goals.
