- Be available to work New York time-zone shifts of 9 am–6 pm or 2 pm–11 pm.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.

- Handle a large number of calls while maintaining a high level of service.
- Provide in-depth details about the company's electric bikes.
- Arrange appointments and manage deliveries.
- Address customer concerns and objections.
