Licensed only candidates based in ID, MT, WY, GA, TN, AL, OK, KS and KY. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role., Standard shift is 11:30-8 EST, 12:30-9 CST, or 8:30-5 PST.Full-TimeMiddle
SalaryStarting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.

Requirements
- Have 2 years of sales or service-related work experience.
- Bring strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Communicate well with prospects and customers.
- Demonstrate analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Have strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license after hire; paid training includes licensing for unlicensed hires.
- Be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
- For work at home, maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk.
- Have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload; satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
- Consult with customers about their insurance needs.
- Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits.
- Convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers with products suited to their individual needs.
