SalaryStarting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.

Requirements
- Have 2 years of sales or service-related work experience.
- Bring strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Be able to communicate well with prospects and customers.
- Have excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license after hire; paid licensing training is provided if needed.
- Be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
- For work at home, maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet, with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds.
- Complete 16 weeks of training if licensed at hire or 18 weeks if unlicensed.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm sales leads.
- Consult with customers about their insurance needs.
- Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits.
- Convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the Liberty brand while connecting customers with products suited to their needs.
