SalaryStarting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.

Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of sales or service-related work experience.
- Bring strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
- Demonstrate analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Have strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license or obtain one after hire; paid licensing training is available.
- Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
- Complete 16 weeks of training if licensed at hire, or 18 weeks if unlicensed.
- For work at home, maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload; satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads; the role does not involve cold calls.
- Consult with customers about their insurance needs.
- Match customers with appropriate insurance coverages, products, and benefits.
- Convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent Liberty Mutual and connect customers with products suited to their individual needs.
