Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
- Major in Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or an appropriate degree field.
- Have a minimum overall GPA of 3.4.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Be able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be available to work 40 hours per week for 8–12 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test Claude skills for IT and Security workflows, including skill descriptions, instructions, and prompt logic.
- Assist in scoping, building, and iterating on AI agents that automate repetitive IT and Security tasks.
- Configure and validate MCP connector integrations for Slack, Atlassian, Asana, M365, and Salesforce within Claude.
- Document connector behavior and flag gaps or security considerations.
- Support log review, alert triage, and incident documentation across Okta, Microsoft Purview, and Defender.
- Assist with hardware procurement tracking, onboarding and offboarding, Jamf device management, and SaaS access requests.
- Create and maintain internal documentation for AI tools, security procedures, and IT runbooks in Confluence.
