Have at least six years of business analysis experience across complex technology projects and diverse business scenarios.
Bring strong knowledge of pensions and insurance concepts, business processes, and sector-specific requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements.
Have experience designing, documenting, and analyzing business processes and translating them into technology solutions.
Be familiar with business analysis tools and both Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
Have working experience with databases and SQL for data analysis, validation, and business investigation.
Understand programming logic and system interactions, including APIs and web services.
Apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking to investigate complex issues and develop solutions.
Communicate with business and technical audiences, manage expectations, negotiate scope, and facilitate team alignment.
Demonstrate adaptability, organization, prioritization, sound judgment, and commitment to deadlines and quality.
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications in technology, pensions, or insurance are a plus.

Lead discovery and analysis of client requirements, particularly in pensions and insurance, and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
Define and document functional and non-functional requirements, aligning business objectives, technical specifications, and delivered solutions.
Develop and maintain technical and business documentation, including traceability matrices, data models, prototypes, mockups, solution journeys, and process diagrams.
Define and communicate project scope, manage requirement changes, and explain the implications of scope adjustments to stakeholders.
Estimate analysis hours, workload, and complexity to support project planning, demand prioritization, and annual resource planning.
Connect business stakeholders with technical teams and facilitate alignment on requirements and business goals.
Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for business growth, operational improvements, and client outcomes.
Support and train junior business analysts and share analysis best practices.
Maintain focus on deadlines, documentation quality, requirements traceability, and solution delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, analytical methods, and collaboration between business and technology teams.
