Requirements
- Have experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Be comfortable leading technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and evaluations.
- Understand modern software development practices, including backend or full-stack development.
- Have familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development workflows, and DevOps tooling.
- Understand application security concepts, software supply chain security, and/or identity and access management principles.
- Have knowledge of developer, DevOps, application security, and open-source ecosystems.
- Be able to engage technical enterprise customers and articulate complex solutions in a sales cycle.
- Be comfortable engaging with engineering teams and understanding how modern applications are built and deployed.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers about application security and software supply chain security.
- Build expertise in the supply chain security product suite.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions for customer challenges.
- Share customer insights with product teams to inform product development.
- Guide customers through onboarding and adoption of the Endor Labs solution.
