Have 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
Have 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture role.
Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Demonstrate proficiency in Apex and JavaScript.
Have exposure to or working knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or other modern coding languages.
Have experience developing Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
Have experience designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
Have experience designing solutions on Salesforce Data 360.
Have experience designing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs.
Understand front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
Have experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies.
Be familiar with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
Be able to convey complex technical details to audiences ranging from developers to customer executives.
Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
Possess and maintain a valid passport while employed.

Lead end-to-end technical solution design for Agentforce, including topics, instructions, actions, automation, code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
Collaborate with customers and project teams to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
Oversee and contribute to project lifecycle stages from design through development, testing, and deployment.
Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation patterns.
Establish data ingestion best practices for Salesforce and Data 360.
Design agent grounding strategies using unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes.
Define integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems.
Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and development standards for Apex, LWC, and Agentforce.
Define agent testing and evaluation approaches, including guardrails and Einstein Trust Layer considerations.
Contribute reusable delivery assets and follow new product features across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms.
