Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce functional configuration and business analysis experience.
- Have at least five years of general work experience.
- Have at least three years of experience architecting Salesforce production enterprise applications.
- Bring experience providing solutions architecture for Salesforce applications and end-to-end implementation projects using Agile and iterative approaches.
- Have strong expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder and Experience Cloud administration.
- Understand key Salesforce architectural concepts and their influence on design.
- Have experience deploying solutions that include Experience Cloud and evaluating Salesforce with third-party solutions.
- Have experience in IT focused on Salesforce and/or other no-code or low-code platform projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Hold Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Application Architect, and/or System Architect certifications are preferred.
- Have knowledge of integration styles, architecture styles and patterns, software quality assurance practices, and Business Process Management techniques and tools.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements and USSF baseline features into refined Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Perform declarative Salesforce configuration, including Flows, page layouts, validation rules, Lightning record pages, and Experience Cloud site setup.
- Lead Salesforce implementation efforts and deliver architecture designs and solution strategies.
- Provide program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications.
- Facilitate sprint demos and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare end-user guidance and knowledge-transfer artifacts.
- Evaluate Salesforce integrations with third-party solutions.
