Have 2+ years of experience in account management, client services or client success.
Write and speak English perfectly.
Have experience managing multiple client accounts and stakeholders at the same time.
Have working knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC or paid social.
Communicate confidently, handle challenging client conversations and know when to escalate.
Stay organized and detail-oriented when managing budgets, timelines and deliverables.
Apply commercial awareness to identify growth opportunities and keep scope under control.
Work proactively and independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Work collaboratively with delivery teams and learn from senior teammates.

Own day-to-day relationships with client accounts as the primary point of contact.
Manage Sales handoffs and lead internal and client kickoffs, with support when needed.
Hold regular client calls to monitor client and project health.
Track progress, budgets and timelines alongside the Project Manager.
Coordinate Influencer, UGC, Creative and Paid Media specialists for a joined-up client experience.
Identify risks and delivery issues, and escalate them before they lead to churn.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and scope them with the lead and delivery team.
Monitor scope and raise requests that fall outside the SOW.
Prepare and present QBRs with performance insights tied to client goals.
Share SOW and payment schedule details with Finance and maintain account documentation.
