Requirements
- Have experience building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning.
- Have experience using tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
- Have expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization.
- Have extensive hands-on industry data science experience using tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Have experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Have a graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
- Have experience communicating or teaching technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be willing to travel to customers as needed, approximately once every 4–8 weeks.
- Preferred: Experience with the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for processing large-scale distributed datasets.
Responsibilities
- Develop GenAI solutions using techniques from Databricks AI research to solve customer problems.
- Own production rollouts of consumer-facing and internally facing GenAI applications.
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers across a variety of domains.
- Present at conferences such as Data + AI Summit.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and shape the product roadmap.
