Job Details

Have 4+ years of experience.
Have a proven track record of building and deploying products using LLMs such as GPT or similar models.
Be able to design, test, and optimize prompts for specific outcomes and use cases.
Have strong experience with Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Have expertise integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms.
Have hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS for semantic search and embedding retrieval.
Be familiar with speech-to-text and text-to-speech tools such as Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text.
Have experience developing and deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Be fluent in English.
Preferred: familiarity with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.
Preferred: strong analytical and data visualization skills.

Build and deploy scalable AI products using LLMs for Yuno’s payment orchestration platform.
Develop and optimize prompts for use cases including customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance.
Design, test, and iterate prompts to improve AI model performance.
Analyze and refine model outputs using feedback loops and user interaction data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into payment systems and workflows.
Ensure AI solutions interact seamlessly with Yuno’s core services.
Experiment with emerging AI technologies and identify product innovation opportunities.
Use payment and user interaction data to fine-tune models and improve product performance.
Follow data privacy regulations and AI ethics practices.
