Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; B.Tech, MCA, or an MS in Computer Science are suitable.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML implementation, data engineering, software development, or related technical domains.
- Have hands-on experience delivering and maintaining production-oriented solutions.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and practical experience in software development, application integration, implementation, and API development.
- Have end-to-end development experience with generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and NLP-based applications.
- Have experience with FastAPI, LangChain, Hugging Face, RAGAS, PySpark, OCR technologies, and relevant NLP libraries and frameworks.
- Understand machine learning algorithms and their implementation, with familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, and Pandas.
- Have experience with ETL, data wrangling, data integration, data profiling, data quality management, metadata management, data discovery, and reliable data pipelines.
- Have practical experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, and familiarity with Docker, Databricks, Application Insights, and cloud-based deployment practices.
- Have experience with large language models, API integration, and connecting AI components with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Be familiar with Power BI or equivalent visualization and business intelligence platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain AI/ML solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
- Build end-to-end solutions using generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and related frameworks.
- Analyze, clean, preprocess, profile, and transform client datasets.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve business problems and improve AI-powered applications.
- Design and maintain data infrastructure, ETL processes, data integration workflows, and machine learning pipelines.
- Develop production-ready software components and integrate APIs and external services with applications and enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain applications using Python, FastAPI, LangChain, Hugging Face, PySpark, OCR tools, and relevant machine learning libraries.
- Support AI/ML workloads across Microsoft Azure and AWS, using relevant infrastructure, containerization, monitoring, and data platforms.
- Develop dashboards and monitoring tools, track performance indicators, and recommend system improvements.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, communicate findings, and present actionable recommendations.
