- Have access to a high-quality microphone for clear and reliable audio input.
- Have a secure computer and high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work.
- Be able to work autonomously as a freelance or independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct realistic role-play scenarios across travel, finance, and technical support.
- Evaluate AI-generated audio conversations against standardized qualitative and quantitative criteria.
- Assess task completion accuracy, conversational naturalness, audio comprehension, and response relevance.
- Review basic programming literacy, including JSON structures, functions, methods, and simple logic in customer support contexts.
- Generate audio evaluation datasets reflecting real-world expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural conversation.
- Follow evaluation rubrics, detailed prompts, and technical guidelines.
- Identify model weaknesses and provide structured evaluation outputs.
