Responsibilities
- Create and execute role-play evaluation scenarios simulating customer service interactions across travel, finance, and technical support.
- Evaluate model performance using standardized qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Assess task completion accuracy, conversational naturalness, and audio comprehension.
- Evaluate basic programming literacy, including JSON structures, functions, methods, and reasoning about structured data in a support context.
- Contribute to diverse audio datasets reflecting customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural conversational flow.
